39th Annual Meeting (2003)

The 2003 annual meeting took place on Thursday, June ,19 2003, in the Exhibition Grounds (Ganei Hataarucha) in Tel-Aviv. In order to achieve maximum attendance, the conference lasted only one long day.  The Exhibition Grounds were chosen because they are easily reached by train both from the North and from the South. The chair of the conference is Dr. Yaron Paz, from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering in the Technion. The emphasis was on increased involvement of the industrial sector in our activities. Note - Registration forms for joining the IIChE can be found here. Members of the IIChE receive discounts registration fees to this and other international conferences. Also, a member can elect and be elected to the various institutes in the IIChE, and thus influence the future of chemical engineering in Israel.
